Cimone Rogers Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amy, she was absolutely lovely. I came in knowing what I wanted, she wasn’t pushing me to get anything else (love when staff understand that) and was so kind to talk too. She packed up my safety chain nice a pretty for me even though it was going on the bracelet I was wearing, and we even spoke about what charms I will add to it in the future. She was so wonderful and when I go back I hope she is there so she can see my travel charms.

Courtney Perez Jo and Zoe were absolutely fantastic tonight! I came in right at closing time and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They assisted me in choosing the perfect pendant and even stayed back to have it engraved. Super friendly and provided genuinely great service – thank you both!

Cindy Reitsma Monty Adams made the process of choosing our rings so easy. They custom made our rings and we couldnt be happier. It was exactly what we asked for and more. I cannot stop looking at my set, im so happy with the final product. Adams professionalism is second to none and the entire process was so easy.
