1 /5 emily smith: I like silver collective jewellery, it doesnt really last long without tarnishing but for the price its okay. However I went in store recently looking to buy something for myself, it was just me in store (There were two workers a blond haired girl and a brunette/black haired girl). Neither of them acknowledged me at all, they were chatting away gossiping at the counter together. I left the store but I still wanted to get something so I went back later hoping that maybe there had been a shift change (I normally have a positive experience in silver collective miranda) but it was still the same two girls still chatting away. In the end the brunette girl decided to help me but I did approach her. She was friendly although the blond girl just stood next to her while I was buying something and stared at me.

2 /5 Georgia Winston: Beautiful pieces and easy to shop website. Been really happy with the quality! Edit - I have to amend this review I gave a while ago. I just bought the Toni ring and it discoloured after wearing it twice. Theyre not really the best quality. I asked for a refund as they do have a warranty policy. However they claimed it was wear and tear and refused any refund or replacement, so I think the policy is just for show. Their care instructions say you have to take all their pieces off for swimming, showering, applying perfume, sleeping and even washing hands. Not sure its worth the risk.

She went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Her warm attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.

5 /5 Katie Jackson: I purchased online and the delivery was so quick! I absolutely love my items, good quality and reasonably priced. I was a bit worried about ring sizing but they are all spot on! I will definitely purchase from this store again.
