1 /5 elahe behinaein: I purchased an engagement ring from this store, and after just one day of wearing it , one of the stones fell out due to a manufacturing defect. I returned the ring for repair, but the same issue recurred three times, each after minimal use, within an eight-month period. On the final occasion, I requested a refund due to the persistent problem, but the owner handled the situation unprofessionally and refused to take responsibility for the defective product. Additionally, the jeweler has consistently delayed fixing the ring and kept it for excessively long periods, further adding to the frustration of this experience. I strongly advise against shopping here for anyone seeking quality rings or dependable customer service.

1 /5 DAIS IN PERDAIS: I buy gold from here one guy told me if i gave him cash he will not charge gst from us..i gave him cash…i bought bagels and earring too so he told me he not gonna charge GSt and making charges for earring because i buy bangles from here..i gave them cash and came back home..when i calculate total price of gold and how much i pay them…they charge extra above $800 from me…when i contact them and ask them ..he told me they charge GST for both items (bangle and earnings)..even he charge me making charges for both items …where is his words which one he told me..1st he not gonna charge GSt if i pay cash..2nd he not gonna charge GSt and making charges for earring ..but he charge..they make fool me ..i m not gonna buy again from them..they lie ..they hide ..and they not full fill their words. Answer for your reply I was not asking for any illegal activity..i just mentioned what you told me..you just pampering costumer we can do this and that..am i ask you if you give us cash we not gonna charge you GST..? These are my words ..i m not gonna charge you making and GSt charges for earring because you buy bangles from us..you guys fooling customers..you sad all of this…not me Then give us cash back we will pay you by account..then it worth ..you did illegal activity yesterday..even you not mentioning gst on our slip..even you not mention total on slip..we give you full payment with gst then give us cash back we will pay you by account..if you not did any illegal activity
