I bought Cartia style bangle and ring 21k I spend it 2k last year The ring has started to change color And today I went to the shop and I want to exchange or sell and they offer me $1500 and they said I can do only exchange . I have been to many stores but this is the first time I have seen this kind of condition the staff act like they are giving us something for free , very unprofessional And they dont have a many options and I didnt like it anything there. When I first bought a bangle from there the bangle had a lot of scratches on it when I asked them they said it came like that today I saw another bangle it was damage so I don’t recommend this place and worst customer service.
