Customer service over the phone was excellent, delivery was prompt and the feedback on the floral arrangement was brilliant, they afforded comfort and consolation. Worth every $. Wouldnt go elsewhere for flowers in this area.

Charlotte listened to what I was interested in and bought out a few pieces for me to try on. I went with a signet ring and my wife was able to pick it up next day to give to me. If you’re unsure what you’re after I would definitely recommend a consult, it was such a great shopping experience. Charlotte was so professional, kind and caring and made the buying journey so easy.
