Sean Had walked into this place as it was near my work with my girlfriend just for a bit of fun. Was greeted by Carson who was incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic and upbeat. He knew exactly what to do including test a few different shapes, keep everything light-hearted and fun and then followed up with myself privately with recommendations, sizes and suggestions. I took my time to respond with the occasional text message before deciding to purchase a recommended ring, he was also able to help with suggestions on how to propose and what I should consider. Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you!
