Designing a custom engagement ring is a once in a lifetime process, and they treated it with the care, creativity, and attention to detail that it truly deserves. Their knowledge and craftsmanship are second to none! They explained the design process clearly, offered thoughtful suggestions, and ensured every detail was considered. I felt completely confident and supported the entire way through. When I received the finished ring, I was absolutely blown away. The quality, precision, and artistry were beyond anything I could have imagined. Anndy Edwards Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasnt shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadnt travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.
