5 /5 Tram Le: I’ve been going to Grand Jeweler since 2002. Fiona has always been very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. She’s an excellent sales person. She knows when to push, and when not to. I was told by my Chinese friends that their pricing on GIA diamonds are the lowest compared to the other jewellery stores on Sussex St. What I really love about Grand Jeweler is that they have their pricing on diamonds online, so you at least have an idea of what you’ll need to pay before you walk in the store. That way, you don’t waste your time, especially if you’re not ready to make a purchase yet. The jewellery maker (Mr. Tan Anh) is very honest and experienced (He’s been there for at least 25 years). You can trust him with your jewellery completely. Unless I want something from Tiffany or Cartier, Grand Jeweler will always be my go-to jeweller. She was so patient and helpful on so many occasions, as I had to go back for things like resizing. She explained so much, and organised everything with her team. They all work so promptly. Everywhere else I had been were too pushy in terms of convincing me what is good, but not necessarily suited to what I was looking for. Katherine made all the difference. I trusted my brothers referral, as he was confident for the same reasons. I will be going back. They have best quality items, l am so proud of purchasing from here!
