1 /5 zankruti parmar: Extremely rude manager. I called up on saturday informing them that i would be coming to parramatta on tuesday to exchange the product as it did not fit me properly and the exchange time was getting over on saturday. They informed me on call that it should be fine and i would be able to go on tuesday to exchange the product. Today when i went to the parramatta showroom the extremely rude manager told me that i was lying and that this never happened. I did mention it to her that i actually did speak to someone but she did not even help me out. Extremely disappointed with the manager...the staff was still really nice but the manager should learn some manners!! I love the company, their products everything as i am a regular customer however after this horrible experience i am not sure if i will ever go back

1 /5 Ramona Younan: The store manager at the Parramatta store is horrible. She walked away from me as I was told when I purchased a diamond bracelet I’d be able to resize it- when it came to the crunch, she was absolutely horrible. I don’t feel comfortable walking into that store ever again, nor will I ever. Avoid going in here the staff aren’t honest and are most fussed on making a sale. Store manager was so good to brush me off and say “I can show you where to complain”. Appalling.

1 /5 Prabhat Kumar: If I could have given negative reviews, I would prefer. They dont deserve even One star. They follow the unprofessional practices, rudest staff and quality of the stuff they sell, its pathetic. I wonder how Westfield Parramatta have allowed them to operate there as they dont deserve a space there. I had bought ring with lifetime certificate and diamond came out. When went back with certificate and ring, guess what, they just denied it with all force. Their staff and manager was so rude, my goodness cant believe it. They were accepting the purchase had done few years later but when asking to fix it based on their given lifetime warranty certificate, they started making all sort of excuses. Then simply denied that we wont fix it. Then why do they cheat customers with dodgy paper when themselves not honouring it. Had great mistake when I bought from them in the beginning, thinking good store in Parramatta Westfield mall. But it was just an illusion. Good malls also have cheater stores. Ill write separately to Westfield Parramatta about them. They dont deserve to be there.
