1 /5 Yahya Irfan: I highly recommend against Kennedy in Chadstone. It is more of an exhibition gallery rather than a business that provides luxury time pieces for purchase. Good luck getting a Rolex from here. They will put your name down for a non-existent "waiting list" with the intention of never providing you with the time piece that you requested. The entire gimmick with this store is to keep encouraging their customers to purchase less desirable watches and then selling them a dream that perhaps one day they will be able to purchase a more desirable piece - such as the Submariner or GMT Master. I promise you that they will never actually sell you the watch that you want. If you are serious about purchasing a Rolex that you actually want, i highly advise to stay away from Kennedy and purchase your timepiece from a reputable grey market dealer, such as WatchCraze. On top of this, the customer service at this store is nothing short of terrible. The staff and security outside are pretentious and seem to always maintain the image that they are better than you. I purchased my Submariner from a reputable grey market dealer, and I highly encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. Stay away from this business.

April was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming—she took the time to show me around the floor and clearly explained the differences between the various timepieces they had to offer. Her friendly and professional approach made the whole process enjoyable and memorable. I’m truly happy with my purchase and look forward to working with her again on my next one. Highly recommended!

Im planning to buy my next watch from them. Edit: I visited again and Mr Joseph helped me to buy a new watch with a beautiful red dial and pearl earrings. Really good experience again - other staff I have interacted are also polite and well-mannered. Really recommend this store.

5 /5 Daniel Moon: From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. A heartfelt thank you to Joseph and the Kennedy Chadstone team for making this such a seamless, memorable, and delightful experience.
