Gail and the sales ladies at Sunshine Plaza were amazing when I bought the ring and again today in trying to assist me with an issue, unfortunately without luck. Five starts to the Sunshine Plaza team! ☆☆☆☆☆
That said Louise at online sales repair centre, when I returned my ring four months after purchasing was anything but helpful, quite condescending and has tainted my experience completely.
I bought this on 30 December, wore it on New Years eve to a civilised night out of a few drinks and a meal, and put it back on again on 28 April the day the stone fell out at home.
Let me be very clear I dont wear any jewellery other than ear studs on a dialy basis, and when buying this was told it was an everyday piece. Clearly not.
In a nutshell, I was told in writing, on receipt of my return, the jeweller review would take 3 to 5 business days - 9 business days later I called to follow up, Louise took much time to even work out who I was and what piece of jewellery I was calling about (that, in and of itself suggests too many returns).
The discussion progressed to how I must have done the damage, the tone was quite accusatory and in additon was quoted half the purchase price to fix something I wore once.
Keep the ring, your disinterested service, your lack of (your timeframe) response and your shoddy workmanship!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL PURELY FOR THE LACK OF AFTERSALES WARRANTY AND AFTERSALE SERVICE. Stay away!
