1 /5 Sayeedul Hasan: We bought a pair of earrings on 1/1/25 , my strong recommendation is : 1) be polite to anyone entering your shop, as people are there to spend money and not get humiliated 2) when you are showing stuff stop telling me the price of every single item before taking it out . You need to to educate the white kid as to how to behave with your customers, the Asian girl was much more polite. You have a great collection but if you want customers to keep coming back , your sales team needs some abc education in manners and general courtesy. Great store ,poor service

1 /5 Hunter AU: Customer service was great when i purchased two very expensive items for my wife and daughter as a gift. When we found the item for my wife was too small, this store only offered store credit. If i purchased the items online, i would have received a full refund. My wife and i visited the store to find nothing she liked. We are now stuck with a very expensive item my wife will never wear. I will never shop here again, and i will never refer a family member, colleague, or friend to this store. I will make sure they are all aware of our experience. I will not even look in the window. Its very disappointing, and we have thrown away A LOT of money. Shame on you!

5 /5 Ben Musu: Lovely product, but more importantly - lovely people. If I was 90% on what I wanted, I was 110% once I was looked after by Martine. The kind of service you should get most places, but they do it well here.

I was a bit hesitant to step in, knowing I might not be the brand’s main target audience, but the staff member who helped me made me feel completely welcome with her warm and friendly service. I’m assuming her name is Martine from the receipt. She was helpful and made my purchase enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more beautiful jewelry. Thank you, Martine!

1 /5 Kirsti (K2): George Jensen - Chadstone Shopping Centre. Absolutely poor service... When we were spending alot of $$$$. The Asian sales assistant was lovely. We were the only ones in the store and we werent even recognised we were in the store for 10minutes. My friend tried on some experience earnings and the earnings werent cleaned prior. Very unhygienic. The older lady, the manager, made us feel like a burden... Terrible customer service for a high end store. Will never return to this store.
