2 /5 Maria Bella: I wanted a particular bag that was not in stock at this store. The staff were very accommodating and arranged to have the item delivered free of charge, to my home. Unfortunately, it was not the bag I ordered. I returned to the store and was told the correct item would be delivered to the store and I had to return for the exchange. When I was contacted and returned to the store (my 3rd visit), I was told that I would have to pay more. Let me get this straight... it was not my error in first place! There was no acknowledgement by staff that it was THEIR error, which was another mistake in light of proper customer service. There was no offer of a discount, or any other recognition that it was my 3rd visit, nor did they tell me that there would be an ADDITIONAL COST involved (which, lets face it, they would have known). I could have saved myself the 3rd trip! First impression of staff 9/10 but third impression 2/10.
