Kimi singh Elaine is so lovely , I initially dealt with Ana ,she was amazing as well ,but I went to pick one of the rings and was greeted by Elaine . This diamond ring was just to make myself feel better during a very tough phase of my mental health and life . I went to collect the ring and just wanted to pair it with another one . I have never made such a purchase for myself and this was the first time . Having a conversation with Elaine felt like an elder sister convo , I don’t have family here and it rare when someone is so warm and loving and passionate about their Job . I just wanted to buy another ring for the way I was dealt with . Such a beautiful human being and very professional with her work and communication. All 5 stars to her . This store people are really amazing and very transparent with the policies. Can’t wait to pick up my other ring soon . I feel like a goddess after this diamond ring .
