Ellie Took my broken chain to be fixed and my watch to have a link removed. I popped down to the chemist and came back and my necklace was good as new and they quickly altered my watch. They were so lovely as well and an extremely fair price :)

Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. Karin Capparelli I went in hoping to repair an old chain. The lovely manager Mani was so helpful. She took the time first to make sure it was silver. She even cleaned it for me. Then when it turned out that it wasn’t Stirling silver, she didn’t try to push me to buy anything. I asked her what she had that was within my budget. She gave me options that were not expensive. Mani did all this with lots of patience and kindness. I found the ideal chain I needed at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service that both Mani and her assistant Martina provided.
