5 /5 Daniel Chen: For anyone looking to purchase or create an engagement ring, I cant recommend Annys enough! Chris looked after me throughout the whole process, and he was extremely professional & efficient. He very clearly explained the process of creating a ring, the important aspects of the perfect diamond and was gave me (in hindsight) an incredibly accurate timeline for how long things would take. He wasnt aggressive or overly enthusiastic like some other boutiques, and he wont push you to spend more (rather encouraging you to get the right design and right diamond for that design). From initial consultation to receiving the ring, the process took roughly two months, but for anyone looking to create a custom design I would highly recommend allocating 3 months or more. Chris and the team are incredibly busy due to their volume of business, and more time allows you to be sure you can find a diamond youre happy with. Although we only met twice (one for consultation and once to pick up the ring) I can say Im 100% satisfied with the process, and how I was looked after by Chris. He even made sure to offer me a ring spacer to ensure my partner could wear it even if the sizing was off! (Thankfully Chris got the ring size perfectly :) ) Lastly, the quality of their workmanship is also unrivalled, as they are a manufacturing jeweller (which means they actually make their own rings, and dont outsource). They also offer palladium white gold as opposed to the common Nickel white gold. I personally went this route and couldnt be happier!

The service was impeccable, with incredible attention to detail, making the entire experience truly exceptional. A massive thank you to Chris, who has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! 5 /5 James Sherwood: After having the engagement ring of my partners dreams created by Chris, of course I wanted to have her wedding ring made to match. The ring is stunning and the personal design elements Chris added for us means it complements the engagement ring perfectly. My partner really appreciated the clean and polish her engagement ring got while we were there too - I highly recommend getting Chris to do this as it brings the jewellery back to as good as the day it was made.
