5 /5 Legendary: Recently i have bought this amazing SEIKO watch from Saleras, i was looking to buy a watch and when i was shopping around i saw this shop and i was very interested in their Seiko watch range. They have variety of brands but this Seiko really stood out to me and i decided to buy it. The sales person helped me get the right sizing and helped me choose this specific Seiko watch. The customer service is really amazing which is why i have decided to give it a 5 star. The salesperson was very kind and helped me with any questions that i had about the watch and also helped me with the warranty and etc. These guys also had the cheapest price compared to the other watch dealers. At first I was a bit skeptical with these mixed reviews on Google, but I went ahead to visit the store to check it out myself, and my experience turned out pretty well. Max was there to assist me choosing the right watch for my dads birthday present. Hes very friendly and helpful, and knowing that I have a budget limit, he even gave me a special price. Getting a very special present has never been this easy for me. Thanks heaps!

5 /5 Evripides Kouspos: Id like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didnt have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward Ill definitely be purchasing from Saleras Chadstone.
