5 /5 Kenneth: I visited Hardy Brothers on a whim yesterday while passing through. I had a Tudor gifted to me and wanted a better fit. The friendly and helpful shop assistant, Valentina, adjusted the bracelet and was extremely accommodating to my needs. 5/5 would come back again for service.

1 /5 Unknown ?: i wouldnt say its worth it at all. bought some emerald earring studs and at the time i didnt know the value about anything. the emerald earings were smaller than a centemeter and were not even good quality (opaque) and cost me 1200. ripped of

I called early in the week looking for a mothers day gift and within a couple of minutes after getting off the phone with her she had text me back with photo ideas of what she had in mind which really helped me choose the perfect gift for mothers day. Valentina was very friendly and so easy to deal with yet very professional right through the whole buying process. Rae was very friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly the sort of questions to ask when I came in to ask about watches. She spent a lot of time outlining various features, pros and cons of different brands and models, and was very helpful. Even though I didnt purchase anything today, I do know where I will look first when I finally make up my mind. Thank you Rae - much appreciated.

5 /5 Brad: I recently purchased a Baume & Mercier watch from Paul at the Melbourne store. I originally sent an online enquiry, they responded very quickly and advised the watch I was looking at wasn’t in stock at the Melbourne shop. However, they offered to transfer it into the store so I could inspect it. Within 3 days, Paul rang me to let me know the watch had arrived. When I went into the store to view the watch, Paul (and all other staff) were very polite and accommodating. Paul went out of his way to ensure all my questions were answered. Highly recommended Hardy Bros!
