Everything was exactly as described and the attention to detail and care in the packaging is second to none. Its not something you normally receive when often purchasing online. If I could give the customer service and communication a higher rating than 5 stars, I certainly would. The bracelet wasnt quite the right fit and when I emailed, I was promptly contacted by Angela who organised for me to send back the bracelet and she had the size adjusted with a new clasp added and sent back to me beautifully packaged in a timely manner. I am one happy customer and I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.
