Sue Daniels Cant fault the customer service. I was very surprised to read other reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I ordered some earrings for Mothers Day which Australia Post lost. After waiting patiently for a few weeks to see if 1st pair were found, a 2nd pair of earrings were sent out and thankfully these were received quickly with no issues. Earrings are just gorgeous. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Idy Chiang A little lovely jewelry shop you must visit. If you want to get something elegant and beautiful, eg ear rings or necklace for your wife, your daughter or your girlfriend, this is the place. Most importantly the sales lady was helpful and friendly.

Being welcomed by Antoinette’s smile I just knew I was going to have the best experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and took the time to show me options to my preferences. In the end I was able to choose my dream rings as she put time and dedication in making sure I was happy and was able to choose from many different options. When it was time to pick up my rings I cannot explain how happy and grateful I was. It was exactly what I wanted and was so so happy with how they turned out.
