Thank you girls , love that store ! A must visit as I got a 4 for $20 earrings , rings . Stunning range .

1 /5 L Jasmin “JL”: I don’t know what it is but the quality of the Lovisa unfortunately has gone right down. Two out of three of my kids have the sensitive earrings and both have infected ears. We use to have no issues but recently they keep getting constant infections to the point both are on antibiotic cream. The other kid has the chemist earrings and her ears are fine and I’ve changed over to another set from the chemist & her ears have improved really well. I swear it’s the quality of the earrings that’s causing the infection. ( Dr thought the same) reaction to the earring.

5 /5 Rina Yun: Got my ear helix pierced here, today! I forgot to get the staffs name but she is lovely and nice! she cleaned my ears, marked and pierced fast. All done within 5min. Love it here!

1 /5 Like G3mmy: Just RIDICULOUS!!!! They are extremely racist and treated us poorly just because we are not white! I am very upset because I was carrying around my shopping bags, and I as get closer to the exit, I nearly bumped into a sales assistant. She had stopped suddenly due to some bags that blocked the cabinet, and she had the audacity to say “ oh are these bags yours “ then she continued to roll her eyes. We said no, but she didn’t seem to believe us. When we got to the counter though, this Asian lady and other white lady treated us nicely. She even let us try the jewellery. The tall white woman needs to go back to learn customer service. We later found out the shopping bags did indeed belong to another customer who was shopping nearby but couldn’t be bothered to bring their shopping bags with them. Although we ended up getting stuff from Lovisa because we really wanted to, we went to pandora, which was next door and bought everything else there. Poor customer service = customers lost
