5 /5 Maria Home: When I visited Mazzucchellis I was immediately greeted with respect and care feeling welcomed. I was not intending on purchasing anything simply wanted to browse some of their beautiful pieces. Although I did not end up making a purchase, the polite staff member serving me (the stores assistant manager/manager I believe) was not short of customer service providing me with thorough insights to their jewellery. Overall walked out with an even bigger smile on my face, and more convinced to make a buy with these guys soon!

Fortunately received some honest recommendation from a lady in the shop - Vanessa, who absolutely knowledgeable and presented hospitality well indeed.
