Rekha Justin One of the best experiences we had on New year Day Jan 1 2025.Girls at this store (Lovisa 2 near Kmart)were amazing, lovely and guided us so well.our purchase was so well done. We went as a group of 10 for ear piercing all cousins and friends. The lovely girl who did the piercing went above and beyond in making precision marking and piercing and making sure to have a smiley face and accomodate all of us! Both girls stayed way over store closing time to complete 10 sets of ear piercings. Very professional! Just as an appreciation I gave a small gift for them staying back for over an hour after store closing time to complete all 10 of us. Thankyou and will highly recommend.After a long time am seeing great customer service.

Ben Eastgate Of the jewellers we initially visited, Larsen were a stand out for their customer service alone. From the first appointment, Fleur made the entire process of designing our engagement ring so easy and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure our ring was perfect for us. It was so special to see Fleur draw our ideas right in front of us. We love the ring, and are already looking forward to making our wedding bands with Larsen.

Margaret Armstrong Nick was just so kind and helpful. I lost my engagement ring that I had for 50 years and he designed and made a beautiful replacement ring that blew me away. He did it all under budget and it is just beautiful. Just what I wanted and beautifully made. Much admired by many. It incorporates my mother- in- laws diamond with two new diamonds on either side. He even used the gold band off her ring to make a little keeper ring to use in the winter so it wont fall off like my original did when my fingers shrink in the cold weather. It is different from my other ring which I was not trying to copy as it was very special to me but more on the lines of an eternity ring which i will pass onto my daughter who will pass it onto her daughter. Very special.
