Laura Langenbach Yossi is amazing! Hes so helpful and nice and gave me a little tour through his atelier. An old ring of mine (from the 1940s) had to be fixed cause a little bit on the side broke off. Since it was my mums ring who recently passed away (and my grandmothers before that) , it had a great sentimental value to me. Yossi treated the ring with all the respect and told me all about it, since I didnt know much about it. The outcome was amazing! He went above and beyond to restore the ring in the best way possible and I walked out with a perfectly restored ring, even though I went in thinking only that side bit would be fixed. He didnt charge any additional costs for the extra work he had done which was great! Im really happy with the ring and it will probably last me many, many years before anything has to be done about it again! If I ever need to get any jewelry done, I would definitely come back here!

I got a new battery for my pocket watch - after which we noticed a hair had gotten into the face of the watch (we suspect it was from when the watch was manufactured because they didnt access the face to insert the new battery). Regardless, Monbulk Jewellers fixed the issue with no charge and very fast. Absolutely amazed at how kind and willing to help they are. Highly recommended for watch related issues and stunning ready-to-buy jewelry pieces. Again, fantastic customer service A+++++++
