5 /5 Cynthia Ho: I have visited Essential beauty Doncaster a few times. Had Linda twice and have been very impressed with her skills and customer service. Last visit I had to bring along my baby and he started to fuss during our appointment. Linda was very understanding and made me felt very at ease despite the situation. Highly recommend Linda!

1 /5 MICHELLE BUTON: Im not the type that leaves review but if I could give no star I definitely would. My experience here was a total disaster. I had my industrial piercing done here on July 2022. It was all good, smooth process until it wasnt healing properly. I did everything they told me to do- including using antiseptic spray. Nothing worked. It left my piercing with bumps on both ends. I personally thought it was neglect on my end, so I removed the piercing, I didnt do anything for at least 18 months, and decided to go back just to get it again (I really want this piercing so badly), they again accepted me. No assessment has been done whatsoever. Still, not healing. Ive done all the efforts to ensure that it heals properly. I thought its the piercing, so I went to this another piercing shop just looking for barbell, when the lady saw my piercing, she didnt want to sell me the barbell and told me, "I dont know who did your industrial piercing, but Im not sure why they allowed it. You dont have the anatomy for it." -- my ear shape wont actually allow me to have the industrial piercing, so no matter how many times I get it, its just not going to heal. Not to mention the way it was pierced, it was close to looking vertical, not slanted. I had to go back to this piercing shop (May 2024) to tell them about what happened and asked for a refund, they only gave me one for the last time I went to get it done. No accountability whatsoever. Looking back, I shouldve sued this shop for not doing proper assessments before piercing a customer. I trusted this shop enough knowing theyre located in Westfield. I went back TWICE. Its happened way back and I still remember everything like it was yesterday. I never went back to any of their shops and will never go back. It took me a year to write this review as I was telling my man about my industrial piercing and thought I forgot to leave a review on how they handled this issue with me.

However, Linda’s professionalism and expertise made the entire process incredibly comfortable. She created a welcoming atmosphere and made the waxing nearly painless. Her skill and attention to detail were exceptional, and the conversation was delightful. I highly recommend Linda, truly a 5-star experience! Thank you, Linda!

5 /5 Tania Marinucci: Julia did my ear piercings …. Pics are only 48 hours later and they are healing as expected. Look amazing and I’m thrilled with Julia’s customer service, knowledge and ability to put me at ease. She explained everything and I’m so happy that I’m bringing my niece to get hers done here too. The other girl (sorry I didn’t get her name) was gorgeous too. So friendly and recommend 10000%!!!!!!

5 /5 Ben Russell: I got my nose pierced by Rosa her customer service was amazing. She was really good to deal with. I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to get a piercing to get it done by Rosa definitely knows what she’s doing
