venika mahajan This shop is in saltwater Tribeca . There i zero customer service. No communication between the owner and workers. No knowledge of anything and irresponsible as well…they didnt have tool as well in the shop. The lady who deals with counter she has even no manners to talk while i am facing those hustles she is laughing so requested to everyone no need to come here on this shop which is having no management skills..very very disappointed. I mentioned photo of the shop. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP.

Jennyffer Hatim khan Exceptional service. Staff are friendly and masterful in their work. I have had my hair done here a few times, with amazing results. Their prices are also affordable for the quality of work they provide.

Briony Douglas Electrolysis that I sleep through, Mel is Fantastic love how She waxes my Brows too. I actually enjoy my time there, I am relaxed and can see the great process and also progress with my electrolysis treatment woohoo I can highly recommend Mel She is your go to if you want to get rid of those pesky hairs She is professional and hygienic. Very impressed Ive been going to her for a few months now and couldnt be happier.

Tracy Tran I did my pedicure and a full set with gel here. Kate did excellent work at a very good price. The place and tools are clean and new. Highly recommended!!!
