Nicocoo L I recently went back to Finger Crossed Nail for another appointment, and once again, I’m beyond impressed with the results! The experience feels so much more personal and relaxing compared to a regular salon. Trista’s home studio is spotless, cozy, and beautifully arranged—it instantly puts you at ease. She really listens to what you want and nails it (literally!) every time. Her attention to detail is incredible, and there’s a fantastic range of colors and designs to choose from. The one-on-one service makes the whole visit feel extra special. If you’re looking for high-quality nails in a peaceful, private setting, I can’t recommend Finger Crossed Nail enough. I’ll absolutely be returning again!

Mel Mel First time seeing Trista, and omg she is amazing actually beyond amazing. After years of dealing of the crap shopping centre nail salons, I really wish I found her a long time ago. Very polite and helpful in choosing colours and designs. Very professional and has a good eye for detail. Doesn’t rush or make you feel uncomfortable. Loves a chat and ensures you’re very happy from start to finish. Everything is super clean and organised. I will never let anyone touch my nails again. Trista is my nail girl now. A true natural and loves what she does, and it shows. Thank you again ♥️

Trista was very kind and patiently answered all my questions. Did not rush through the process and did a perfect and neat job. Prices are great too! Overall a great experience and will surely come back again!

Jenny Crosby I managed to book Vibhuti at short notice to do my hair & makeup for an event... and was not disappointed! She was happy to travel to get to me, and was punctual, professional & very friendly. She created an amazing look for me which lasted all afternoon & evening... and I received many compliments. My partner was also very impressed with the outcome! I dont often get my makeup done, but Vib was awesome & very attentive to my needs... and I couldnt have been more thrilled with the outcome. Jaya Prasad Went to odyssey nails for the first time to get my nails and shellac pedicure done last month and the service was very good. The ladies were friendly and were easy to communicate with. They did the pedicure nicely and the results were great. The ladies also did my nails beautifully. I showed them inspo from Pinterest and they matched it very accurately. The pictures I’m showing are the nails the ladies did on me. I’ve had my nails for a month and they lasted really well with no cracks or lifting. I would come here again. Only thing is that they only take cash and not card which sucks, and they’re a bit pricey but it’s worth it. Overall good experience.

I had booked an appointment a day in advance with Odyssey Nail, only to show up and find out the shop had changed its name to Cherish Nail. There was no communication about this change, and it took me a few minutes just to figure out if I was even at the right place. They didn’t seem to think it was important to inform booked customers in advance. To make things worse, even after arriving on time, I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes. I explained that I had a newborn at home and couldn’t wait that long, but they showed no concern. Instead, they accepted another customer who was willing to get more services—clearly putting profit over prior bookings and basic courtesy. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and poorly managed. I won’t be returning and definitely do not recommend this place.

Khushi Dua ⭐ 0/5 Absolutely terrible experience! The salon was severely understaffed, and the service was beyond disappointing. My pedicure took 1.5 hours, and yet nothing was done properly—my feet are still dry, there was no proper care, and they completely skipped the massage. The staff seemed uninterested and just rushed through it. Total waste of time and money.

Nyakuma I was not happy with the overall outcome of the service. I felt my manicure was rushed and it felt nothing as manicure, massage or comfortable. My toes are still dry and not cut evenly or straight. My SNS was okay but not to my desire. I would not recommend this salon as the quality is not worth the money.

adua d Got my nails done here about 4 days ago. Staff were really kind and when my phone died, a staff member charged my phone for me!! My nails came out exactly how i wanted. As for the price, complex designs will cost more, mine were about 90 dollars (acrylic nails are 60). They offer a wide range of designs and charms and my inspo was replicated to a tee. They have clean hand towels available for when you needed to dry your hands after washing and the rest of the salon was clean as well. overall, loved my nails!!
