Joan Mason I have just finished the full NeoGen plasma facial treatment and I am so pleased with the results. My skin looks incredibly rejuvenated and my friends and family now say I look at least 10 years younger with smooth clear skin. The dark age pigmentation spots, red broken capillaries and other skin issues are gone. I have also had my very sparse eyebrows shaped and tinted. I don’t know how Inna did it but I now have lovely shaped eyebrows that don’t look patchy and I will keep coming back for touch ups. Other eyebrow places I had previously gone to had not been able to do what Inna had done for me. Inna has so much experience and it really shows. Her work is exceptional and I think she is amazing

Sarah Kaur Inna is a wonderful skin therapist who has taken me through a course of low energy NeoGen plasma treatments. I’d never heard of this before but have been so pleased with the results. My acne scars have become less pitted, the overall texture of my skin has improved, especially around my nose and lips. Inna is also very calming and caring, and has great products to help keep my skin healthy. Definitely come and see her!

A Nair I have been a Madison Ave regular for the past couple of years. The service is always great and I have always gone away a satisfied customer. Bo and Bess are my go to. Both of them are very knowledgeable about South Asian skin undertones and have always advised me the right shade for my skin tone. I have also recently started using the skin treatment services here. Lucy is an absolute delight and listens patiently to suggest the right treatment to address your skin concerns. Posted is a cut and colour I got done a year ago.

Nicky I loved my appointment at Myra nails. My friend and I went to get rainbow manicures last weekend and the two lovely ladies looked after us both and swapped halfway through as they seemed to specialise in different aspects of the manicures. They even included a quick hand massage, and very reasonably priced ovrrall too. Look how pretty and perfect! Highly recommend.

Ngan Pham Myra did such an amazing job on my nails, I am so happy with the look-SNS ombre nails. Myra is a friendly lady, and she always offers a reasonable service price regardless of whether youre a regular customer or just a one-off visit.

Bahareh Vafa I have done SNS and my nails started to get flaky and chipped after a few days and the work was not nice as well it looked like kid did it . I don’t recommend this place at all . Waste of money and time!

Milana C Always a delight to get my nails done at Coco nails. Everyone is so lovely and listen to any feedback about your nails. Some salons make you feel rushed when choosing nail colours, but at Coco I feel like I get plenty of time to pick the right shade- and as an indecisive person this is important to me. Maddie S Went in for an acrylic refill and felt really pressured by staff into getting SNS/gel, I politely said no I just need an acrylic refill and was told that it’s unnatural looking, and makes the store smell. The staff member took all my acrylics off which I then reminded her I needed a refill. She ended up agreeing to do the acrylics which turned out pretty average (see photo), I’d asked for them to be filed down shorter which they weren’t, I left with one nail shorter than the others and all filed very wonky. I left the store thinking they weren’t ’too bad’ but after looking at them again I had to come home and l re-filed them myself. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend! EDIT- editing my review as the owner has responded and clearly edited her response. This is an honest review, I would never slander a business or waste my time to write a false review. This is my honest opinion, you can see from the picture the nails are all different lengths (this was before I filed myself). Your entire response is a complete lie! There was absolutely no need to do a “clean” to avoid a “fungal” infection. None of this was mentioned at the time. There was nothing even remotely ‘fungal’ about my nails. You removed the acrylics because you were pressuring a SNS/Gel service that I did not ask for, then after I mentioned multiple times I did not want the service you had to back track and put them all back on again. I did not call or return to have them fixed because I had a terrible experience and didn’t want to return to your salon, which judging by the way you respond to your customer reviews was the right choice. I will never be back and hope this review helps others to avoid this salon at all costs!

Andrew Bartram After going here for regular cuts for years, I booked my sister and I in for a cut and style with a months notice prior to my birthday party. When we arrived and explained what I wanted done(which I’d done over the phone) they explained they hadn’t allowed enough time to finish the job and expressed that they only had time for cut. This was obviously pretty distressing as I had my 30th that night and it was already mid day I didn’t have time to find a plan B. After much frustration expressed on my end, they asked me to wait while they did the next girls hair ahead of me and then they would push to fit me in afterwards. In the end it was a rush job and was charged roughly $200 which all in all felt pretty rich given the circumstances. Given the time constraints I had on the day I didn’t feel like I could question this and the hair dresser had already told me a number of times that it was putting her day out her staying back to do my hair and that she had a private appointment she had to get to at 2pm. After years of being happy with the work here I’ve since not gone back and I’m still pretty iffy about trying it again but it does feel harsh at the same time. It just felt like the organisation had gone down hill.
