Mum went for a more classic style and blow wave, coming out looking and feeling on top of the world. Elaine and her team were warm, professional and genuinely took the time to personalise everything. Before finding her, I would just go to random places and then I learned technicians can be strategic about helping your brows grow, be healthy, be fuller and it’s all about seeing the right people. The girls are all so lovely (I’ve had about 4 different girls do my brows across the years I’ve been there), I’m always so satisfied with my results and their care. The best in the biz!! X

bahar ozduzenciler The worst results, experience & service I have ever received in my 31 years of life. I visited Suzie Mcintosh brows to have my eyebrows freshly tattooed after completely removing my old tattoo of 10 years that was perfectly done by Lana Tarek in Sydney but had faded since. With a brand new canvas to work on I was left with absolutely BOTCHED brows (see photos bellow). I paid $1565.00 in total for my new botched brows. My first appointment was by a tattoo artist named Zar who works out of Suzie Mcintosh clinic. My experience with Zar was horrific. She laid me down without discussing anything, not what kind of brow I wanted, not what technique I wanted, nothing. She rushed me and sent me off with no after care pack or did not explain a thing about what after care I needed to follow. She sent with a blunt tail that was different to the other brow, I seen this clearer when I went outside. I walked back inside to ask if Zar could fix it, with a disgusting attitude she did so and sent me off again. I had never felt so uncomfortable in my life. After reporting this back to the clinic they requested that the owner, Suzie Mcintosh should tattoo me for the touch up appointment when she gets back from her overseas trip. I waited for Suzie Mcintosh to come back and went in for my second appointment, the touch up appointment. This experience at the second appointment with Suzie was even worse than the first appointment with Zar. Noticing that both my brows were so obviously and completely different I pointed it out to Suzie numerous amount of times throughout the appointment, her response was ‘I can’t see it and I won’t be doing your lip blush as you pick at my work!’ I was shocked. I’m pointing out an obvious fault in my brows that you can see in the photos below. Once again I left crying and anxious about the results of my brows. I was hysterical & contacted the receptionist to tell her that I’m extremely devastated about the result of my brows, I also asked her if Suzie was in that day and she said yes she is so I asked her if Suzie could please call me so I could discuss this with her and come in to fix them. Suzie did not even bother to pick up the phone and contact me about the botched tattoo she left on my face, to this day I have not heard for Suzie Mcintosh. I’ve received a copy and paste email from her sister about what action I can take, like report to VCAT etc. A team member from the clinic, whom had nothing to do with this situation, reached out to me and made inappropriate remarks about my mental health. I’m absolutely disgusted in my experience at Suzie Mcintosh brows and Suzie herself along with her colleagues. The rudeness, attitude & disrespect from them all was shocking and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend spending that type of money at this salon what so ever. See attached of my final result & healed brows by Suzie Mcintosh herself.

I spent the day shadowing Suzie and learnt sooo much, she taught me little tips and tricks that she uses and broke old habits that I have been doing which now will change my own tattooing game. Laura Mitchell The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I am so disappointed with the service i received. I have never had to leave a negative review but this was such a terrible experience that I don’t want anyone else to experience this! I had booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, the second I walked through the door the staff were ice cold as if I was not supposed to be there. the lady who was performing my manicures was extremely rude and impatient, I felt so uncomfortable that I left after having my pedicure as I couldn’t stand to stay any longer, the staff were talking about me while looking over and smirking when I said I didn’t want my shellac manicure. I left the salon in tears at the way they had made me feel. I work in the service industry and I would never dream of treating a client the way I was treated. Please do better!

Eleanor Soros Excellent customer service, I visited wow nails recently, and I was truly impressed by everything. It was super clean and sanitary, the staff are such lovely people, they took care of me and my girlfriends perfectly. The nail technician who had me for the day was so incredibly meticulous and attentive, she ensured every nail was perfectly shaped, her attention to detail was incredible. It was such a happy day, i went with all my girlfriends, I cant tell you enough how happy we are with everything, we all came out stunning, feeling and looking better than we did when we came in! The atmosphere was so wonderful, i loved the calming music, it immediately set me at ease, it was so relaxing and nice i couldve fallen asleep right then and there. I opted for a mani/pedi, and goodness, i do not regret it! A bit pricey, but it was so worth it, that pedicure was the best! My nails look absolutely amazing, Ill definitely be back again and i can confidently say its one of the best nail salons ive been to in a long time!
