I have seen three previous dentist and I was referred to an endodontist as the anatomy if my teeth is narrow and the general dentist do not want to do the root canal. My condition left me in worry that I will lose my molars unless I save up for the skyrocket endodontist price. When I came to Preston Family Dental for a first appointment and a general teeth clean, I noticed how careful and meticulous Dr Mithulan is so I decided to have my root canal done under his care. I am really pleased with the almost pain-free treatment. After one year of wait, I finally found a dentist that fixed my problem. There are professionals that seems to be in the industry for the money and make people feel that achieving health is with a hefty price tag. Karishma Doha I only see one dentist with in the practice who is excellent and exceptional with his patient. This review is specifically for the practice manager Abbey, the mannerism with which she deals with patients is not professional or helpful. Money making is important and we all can understand if one patient is running late then there will be consequences however today at 05/05/2025 during a traffic issue which was beyond my control I called the practice approximately at 2.25pm to give them a heads up advising I might be late for my 2.45 pm appointment by 10 minutes if any. I am not sure as there seems to be congestion due to work in north east link. The stern and unprofessional tone used over the phone by the practice manager wasn’t professionally acceptable or helpful It’s very disappointing as I thought of going to a different practice with the same dentist. This should not be the case for a family who is going to same business for more then 5-6 years.

She was hurt by other dentist and scared of dental treatment. Dr Wang was so gentle and helped her to relax. Dr Wang is a very experienced dentist especially for kids. I sometimes almost fell into sleep during her treatment. This clinic’s nurse and receptions are very kind and friendly too. Definitely recommend.

Hung Lui I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t be more impressed with how fast and painless the entire process was! It literally took less a minute and the tooth was already out. I was amazed at how efficient and gentle Doctor Henry and the whole team was with the entire procedure, explaining everything beforehand which put me at ease. I was also given proper after extraction care instructions to make sure I recovered quickly without much pain. If you’re anxious about getting your wisdom teeth removed, I highly recommend this place!

Omar Abbas I saw Dr Syed Hussain for the first time today. I have a fear of dentist but was recommended by a friend to see Dr Syed to pull out my wisdom tooth. Dr Syed was phenominal and made me feel at ease within seconds. He spoke to me about all my options and walked me through every step of todays procedure. I couldnt believe he took out my wisdom tooth in literally two minutes with no pain whatsoever. The hardest part of todays procedure was me completing the "first time patient form". Annie Welner Very good experience with this clinic. Rang up due to emergency I was in a world of pain due to a wisdom tooth, the receptionist was able to get me a same day appointment and accomodate for my travel times too. Dr Hussain was absolutely incredible. Kind, patient and re-assuring as I have a crippling fear of needles. Offered water and gave me as much time as I needed. He was able to remove the tooth whole in less than a minute and my pain went away immediately. 5 days on now and I have no pain and the socket is healing well. Could not thank this clinic enough for helping me during my worst time. I will continue to return to this clinic for regular appointments in the future.

My first visit had been after 5 years of neglecting to see a dentist and I was feeling anxious to say the least, but I never once felt uncomfortable after meeting Dr Lee and the rest of the team. Have been there a number of times now and am very happy with Dr Aaron Manoharan, who is very skilled and professional. I had a procedures that required local anaesthetics, which all of them he placed skilfully. The clinic staff are also great. I had to cancel a number of times on short notice and they were very understanding and helpful in finding new appointments. Lets be real not every medical clinic is flexible like that. Booking reminders via phone and SMS are helpful and I can claim my health funds rebate instantly through them, which is great. I forgot my health fund card the other day and even though I had to pay out of pocket, they issued me the invoice and showed me exactly the provider number and procedure number, which made it easy to claim back.

Cappy Matty Very disappointed. I had the appointment booked for over three months and they canceled just few hours before. The explanation was that it wasn’t worth for the dentist to be there only for my appointment. I took time off, it’s not a free service and it is the worst excuse ever.

Elissa Sauzier I got my extractions and braces put on here and all the staff are so gentle and thorough with explaining everything. this place needs to be #1 dentist in melbs. not to mention their prices are a lot more fair than 99% of other places. if you’re afraid of the dentist, go to this place. Everybody working here deserves a raise

Minkyung Kim Not transparent at all. Got taken bitewings, didnt even show them to me or went through them with me. Also got told I had a small decay on the enamel level, but she still told me to get a filling on it. She put it on super quick and didnt even polish it afterwards. Hmm... I dont know about this whole upselling thing. Great experience of aussie health care!
