1 /5 Just J: Went in this morning, no greeting, no help. I had to ask the snotty little girl for assistance, then it was just attitude from there on. If I didnt really want the pieces of jewellery they had I would have just walked out. 0 stars for customer service, 1 for pricing. Do better Goldmark this was really por service.

1 /5 Shea Cullen: I went to this jeweller and asked if they had Pandora beads (as a friend collects them.) They pointed me to a display case and I bought a charm, only to realise later that it was in fact not the Pandora brand. There was in fact a Pandora kiosk a few doors down that explained this. When I took the bead back five minutes later they refused to give a refund. Very deceptive a dodgy. Dont buy anything from here.

1 /5 Natasha Wilson: Waited for 30 minutes and no one served me. There were 3 workers on, and I was waiting with about 6 other people. Others around me were all served, which is fine, but then they all left. Then a mum and kid comes in and they serve them before even speaking to me. I was standing and waiting for another 10 minutes and had to leave. I spoke to a lady there and just informed her how long it had been, she said “I understand but there’s only 3 of us and we’re very busy”. I let her know that I totally understand the rush of people, as I had watched the rush for over half an hour. However, I have watched them serve others that have just walked in instead of me. She said she was aware of this but what can you do. Don’t recommend this store, shop online or go to kotara and Charlestown.
