He was so lovely and super easy to get along with. In the end, we had to do an online order as one of the pieces were not in stock at the time. This process ran smoothly, and the staff were in touch on numerous occasions to make sure we received our delivery, and that we were satisfied with our order. We will definitely be back to buy our next piece of jewelry. Awesome customer service APM staff. Would highly recommend. :-)

Genuinely warm and welcoming without being pushy. He really knew his stuff and explained the pieces in a way that made me appreciate the design and meaning behind them. What stood out the most was how patient he was. He listened to what I liked, gave great suggestions, and made me feel comfortable trying on different styles. Even small things like offering water and packaging my purchase so carefully made the experience feel really special. You can tell Jack genuinely cares about the customer and not just making a sale.
