Shannon Crane Training with Kylie from Fit Well You, gave me the confidence to achieve any running goal! She is the perfect combo - shes got running and strength training experience, and is a specialist in injury management and prevention (which I really needed!). She also helped me understand how sleep, work and stress impact on my running too - Id never really considered this! On top of all of this, shes just such a nice human! Kylies supportive and understanding approach, combined with her extensive experience make her the perfect run coach (and cheerleader!). I couldnt recommend Kylie highly enough!

Georgie Hill I have been training with Kylie for nearly 12 months. When I reached out to Kylie, I had not trained since the birth of my third child and was apprehensive about how to approach regaining strength and confidence. Kylie’s approach is tailored to meet you where you are at - in life, in your body and on that day. With a background in exercise physiology, she takes the utmost care in teaching technique for maximum impact and to minimise any chance of injury. She worked with me initially to understand what my goals were and has since been subtly stretching me to grow and improve. I train twice a week week with a friend and look forward to the sessions which provide just as much mental well-being as physical well-being. I admire Kylie’s passion to always find new ways to support and motivate her clients. Her energy and smile are infectious - leaving you feeling good, inside and out!
