Vaughan is literally magic—his knowledge of muscles, joints, and the body as a whole is nothing short of impressive. Every time I leave a session, I feel amazing, and the next day I’m always in peak condition. He’s efficient yet incredibly effective, and his welcoming, caring personality makes each visit feel comfortable and personal. My family and I all attend the studio, and we’ve never looked back. CONDITN Gladesville - VIC

Warner Leung Easily the best gym in Gladesville! I have never better fitter or stronger as the programming pushes you to be the best athlete you can be. Love the optionality to do a cardio or strength class every session and fits well with my busy schedule as the workouts are time effective. The studio is also spacious and the trainers are super attentive on my form and giving me that little extra nudge to get a little more out of me each time. Highly recommend to give it try and I’m sure you’ll get hooked like me!
