Fiona Ma I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a V-cut, but the haircut felt rushed, resulting in a choppy and uneven finish with some strands left noticeably longer than others. The stylist cut my hair much shorter than I had asked for, and I ultimately had to visit another salon to have it corrected. The quality aligns with the price you end up spending more to fix their mistakes elsewhere. It’s hard to believe these are professional hairdressers, given their evident lack of skill.

kiana went today and the prices are insanely expensive for what you’re buying. they have packets of charms for sale that they’re charging $25 for, you can get the same stuff online for $2. also, my friend and i were the only ones inside and were browsing for a bit while one of the workers was constantly following us, as if to make sure we weren’t stealing which was never our intention. it made us feel weird and uncomfortable, as we should be able to shop and discuss things in peace. Once my friend had a full basket the man came up to us and said he cannot sell to us anymore since we don’t have a salon??? my friend literally has a home salon business and after a lot of back and forth arguing he decided to let us purchase the items. i do not understand why he would refuse to sell to us in the first place lol, who would be going to that place if they didn’t have a business?? we were very uncomfortable and will not be returning, would recommend people go elsewhere x

Abitha I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The staff was extremely rude, which made the visit very uncomfortable from the start. The technician hurt my cuticle while working on my nails, and when I mentioned it, they were dismissive and didn’t apologize. On top of that, the nail shape was done poorly and didn’t match what I asked for. The quality of service was far below what I expected, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.
