2 /5 T J āPhʰʔng Cakeā: Staff here lack customer service. A lady came in and asked for a list of their hair waxing services and rather than apologise for lacking a basic - but essential - business item, they instead grouped together to talk down on this woman, in a condescending tone as if she had done something wrong and deserved lecturing. I dont have relation to this lady Ive never met, but even I was offended by their conduct.
Furthermore, my daughter got bangs cut and there was an obvious curve on one side above her eyebrow. We pointed it out and her bangs got shorter, still not straight and uneven, and the flaw becoming more obvious to see. So I just gave up and paid for it before it could get any worse. While it could still be fixed.
Their hairdressing skills were average at best. But they should really consider getting more training to update their learning and refresh their competency. They may had completed their hair dressing courses, but that was obviously a long time ago and has become outdated and it is apparent that ego and pride is what is preventing them from seeking learning to improve themselves. It would also be a good opportunity to learn customer service and professionalism that the staff are missing.
