She offers an amazingly personalised service and took time to listen to me, making sure to ask about my preferences before she got to work. She thoroughly explained the BIAB process and was helpful in deciding on colours. Arty is a true master of her craft and an all round perfectionist! I am so happy with my nails and can’t wait for my next appointment to continue exploring all Arty has to offer!☺️

beth griffith-clarke I would highly recommend going to Shane Anthony, my skin from my facial yesterday looks and feels amazing. After struggling with jetlag for the last week, the appointment with Shane was perfect as the session was so relaxing and my skin was so much more hydrated afterwards. I will definitely be going to Shane Anthony every time Im in Melbourne.

Carmit Orbach I highly recommend Mira Amos. I started doing facial treatment since Mira started the business. Luckily otherwise it would not have happened. From the moment I enter the salon I am in a completely different euphoria. The pampering she gives is worth every minute and her knowledge is immense. I always consult Mira about my childrens skin as well. Thank you Mira see you soon ❤️

Laura Craig Where do I start, Elaine is such a talented therapist, her knowledge is amazing and she has healing hands. Ive been to many beauty therapists in the past and Elaine is hands down the best in her field. She is very caring and I always walk out after a treatment feeling so calm and Zen. She spends the time getting to know you and what your skin needs and I have seen great results with the facials and skincare products she recommends. Also she does the most amazing reflexology, highly recommend if you are feeling run down or stressed, you will leave feeling great. Cant wait until my next visit.

Andrew Daniell Sam is just the best. So professional, knowledgeable and fun. Her injectable technical skills, both Botox and Fillers, are amazing and she gives honest and appropriate dosages and genuinely cares about her clients. Sam’s skills are so wide and she gives clear and concise advice and great follow up care. The results are outstanding, by far the best, without charging an exorbitant amount. I’ve recommended several friends to Sam and they wouldn’t see anyone else now. The best part, she’s such a good laugh and we love seeing her. It also helps that she looks incredible too!

Charlotte M Melissa was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and the injectable treatments didn’t hurt at all. No bruising afterward and really happy. Comfortable environment and great conversation that helps distract you if you’re nervous. Will definitely be going back. Thanks

Karen Whitley Very bummed. I purchased a Groupon for Looks Beauty Clinic and then the Corona Virus happened. My Groupon expired during the period when things shut down (late April). When things opened back up i reached out to Looks Beauty Clinic and Groupon to see what we could do about it. Seems like Looks Beauty Clinic doesnt want to extend the expiration date and Groupon will not refund my money. I was looking forward to this and was excited about some of the other services they offered, as I live in the neighborhood and have been looking for a good beauty clinic. I understand its kinda crazy times, but this situation doesnt seem quite fair and it doesnt sit right with me. I feel like Looks Beauty Clinic is taking my money and running.

Lisa Sutherland-Fraser Rose runs a beautiful place here. Staff are warm, caring and attentive. Price is great esp cash price cheaper. Never come out feeling I’ve had a rough pedicure as I have in some places. The hot rock treatment at the end is lovely. 25/11/24 Update Little disappointed today. Quiet in the salon. Girl doing my pedicure was on the phone the whole time. How can you concentrate on doing a good job if your concentration is elsewhere? Did not want to comment as she was doing my pedicure. Miss Rose please make sure your girls are focused on the job at hand, not making appts. Whole time except when Polish was going on she was on the phone. Disappointed with this.
