Natasha Talbot Ive been here several times (mostly for an eyebrow wax) and have always been happy with the results. Today I had Molly, and I have to say that she was so thorough in getting the perfect shape for my brows. But all of the ladies are fantastic :)

Hasanthis massage technique is simply amazing and each treatment is of a very high standard. I have tried a number of the treatments with the buccal, sculptural and hydrodermabrasion treatments my personal favourites. Hasanthis personalised approach to skincare and tailoring treatments to suit my individual needs means my skin has never looked or felt so good. Highly recommend!

Tanya Tanti I just had the most amazing experience with Afsa she is honestly a miracle worker. I had gone in after a hairdressing blunder with colour and she was not only able to fix it but it turned out even better than I had hoped for. Afsa was very professional and gave me amazing advise on not only how to fix my hair but how to save it as well. I cannot recommend shiny hair and beauty enough I’ve already booked a return appointment and will be going to no one else for my hair. Rebecca S I had my hair done the other day and sadly wish I didnt. I was hoping for copper/strawberry highlights and had pictures. Instead I got bright red highlights. She said we go a bit brighter because it will wash out, but bright neon red was definitely not what I was expecting. I thought, maybe it is just about getting used to it but I can not. It is not me and was definitely not even close to the pictures I showed. My husband was also commenting on how uneven the highlights are. I washed my hair multiple times now to wash it out but sadly dont like it a bit. Well, all I can do it keep washing... I am about to give birth and sadly all the birthing pics will remind me of this forever, I guess. With all the good reviews, I was a little too hopeful.

Ashwatta Kut Hi, I have been here twice and I liked it during the first time, the have revised price which they did not notify when I rang them for my second booking. My nails are chipped off at the end and its just been a week. They need proper management and I am not sure if the girls are there are experienced or not. Its a nice quiet place but I am unhappy with the service.

Natalie O’Keeffe I have been going to this salon for many years now, the ladies are all experienced in what they do and they do a fantastic job and strive to make the costumer happy! I get up to 6 weeks without chips or lifting, they last so long! I couldn’t recommend them enough

When asked when I would be seems I was told the staff are working very hard, they are tired and hungry and havent had any breaks. The staff .member was rude and spoke over me loudlyI. will be sure to let work safe know they abuse their staff members and customers.Very poor customer service. According to your other reviews this is the norm. If you dont have the capacity for a booking, you should just say that and not over book. I would much rather have stayed at home, instead of being made to wait and getting abused. As to responding to a "threat of contacting work safe"- I dont expect any response. You have clearly said you are abusing your staff members and mistreating them by not providing them any breaks. It is against work safe laws. It doesnt matter how busy you are, we have laws to protect workers. It is disgusting and criminal a business would value money over the health and safety of their employees.

Starr Raine I get the impression the business has been sold to new people. The last couple of times Ive been, the entire experience has been unpleasant. No background ambience, just dead silence. Then theres the hygiene, they never go get the individual boxes of equipment for the customer. Ive had to remind them each time. Then the colours/finish that they provide after I showed pics they got wrong and said close enough. On top of that the girl hurt my foot and made it bleed removing a cuticle. Meanwhile god forbid you say anything, they all banter to themselves in vietnamese. Not great at all. I have heard Wills Nails at Mernda TC is good, Ill be going there now.
