Arun Chandran From the carpark, there is a nice lookout with views towards Cardinia reservoir, and across the road is one of the best view of the Yarra valley. Be sure to pick a good day to visit. There are a few picnic tables available. Outsiders are rarely aware of this location.

Siddharth A Pitolwala Located in Kalista, This lookout point is a must visit for Sunrise and Sunset. Although, Sunrise is a bit hard to watch due to some trees, however, it is still beautiful in the morning to watch the place and enjoy your cup of morning tea. This place has some parking as well as benches to eat and drink. We went early today to watch the sunrise. Although by the time we went, Sun was already up but we did enjoy having our weekend tea at this place. I would personally recommend this place as a visit. I believe it would be really good to visit during the Sunset too as you can see lights too.

Eric Tang This lookout would be one of the best in Victoria or Yarra Ranges!!! The view is stunning and very wide. This is also very easy to get to. I would call this a hidden gem. It doesnt really get overcrowded. The cows are also very lovely. The vast scenery of the mountains and valleys are stunning!!! Highly recommend this look out! Some people also recommend the Cloud Sea early in the morning!!!

Rory Such a stunning park with a beautiful flowing river. Kallista really is God’s country. Managed to see the mysterious mini blue leopard in the ferns.

AAA The condition of this track is truly shameful. Its totally overgrown and in desperate need of maintenance and, from what I can gather, its been like this for at least four years. If the track is left open, it should be in a state that allows people to actually walk on it. We had to turn around after a while bush bashing because we just couldnt continue any more. Perhaps we should have taken a "machete"! Whoever is in charge of this, its about time money and staff were allocated to the upkeep of this otherwise beautiful track.

Michael Pretty area with an atrociously maintained track. Its fine if youre comfortable bush bashing but be warned your clothes will get scratched up and youll be covered in leaches.

Tom Morris Track is dangerously overgrown. I started from the south at Kallista-Emerald road, and got about a third of the way north to Emerald-Monbulk road before completely losing the track and giving up.

Erika Maccarinelli Another hidden gem!!!!! Super adventurous dog friendly walk! :) unfortunately the track is in need of some maintenance/good cleanup. Lots of leeches too!!! Still, we definitely enjoyed the adventure!
