TProsic ProsicT Stay away. I was quoted one price when I left the wristwatch and then charged more than double the original quote when I came to pick it up. Jump from $150 to $330. Sue didnt call during the 10 days she kept the watch to ask if I was ready to pay as much. Just presented me with a bill (a sort of bill, a scribble on a post-it note) saying that she knows how much it would cost only once she does the job! In retrospect, it would have been cheaper to buy a new one. For this particular one, about $70 cheaper. But I was so shocked that all I wanted was to leave the shop, so I paid the bill. Stay away.

Sonia Palmer Not a good experience. Took a ring in with a broken piece of opal for replacement. Despite phoning weekly for updates absolutely nothing was done - each time she had forgotten (or pretended to forget) who I was and then assured me it would be done by the next fortnight. Only for the cycle to repeat again. After months of calling and following up, I picked it up. What a waste of time. Found a jeweller in the city who sorted it out in 4 days.
