1 /5 TProsic ProsicT: Stay away. I was quoted one price when I left the wristwatch and then charged more than double the original quote when I came to pick it up. Jump from $150 to $330. Sue didnt call during the 10 days she kept the watch to ask if I was ready to pay as much. Just presented me with a bill (a sort of bill, a scribble on a post-it note) saying that she knows how much it would cost only once she does the job! In retrospect, it would have been cheaper to buy a new one. For this particular one, about $70 cheaper. But I was so shocked that all I wanted was to leave the shop, so I paid the bill. Stay away.

1 /5 Sonia Palmer: Not a good experience. Took a ring in with a broken piece of opal for replacement. Despite phoning weekly for updates absolutely nothing was done - each time she had forgotten (or pretended to forget) who I was and then assured me it would be done by the next fortnight. Only for the cycle to repeat again. After months of calling and following up, I picked it up. What a waste of time. Found a jeweller in the city who sorted it out in 4 days.

5 /5 Janet Dooley: Been utilising this jewellery shop for years and the staff do an amazing job and very thorough/ reasonable priced. Surprised reading the last few reviews. Today I had my Tag Watch battery changed/fixed, Previously had my battery changed OS and it wasnt fitted correctly. The staff at this shop are knowledgeable in their craft. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Connor Schafferius: Same as the other one-star reviews. My girlfriend dropped off two rings and a bracelet to be fixed in November after initial consultation confirming it could all be fixed. Was told a week turnaround time. Called in December, and said itll be another week...called in Jan, another week. Its the 25 of February, and we asked to take it all back. She said we needed to confirm what stone was required to be in the ring before fixing the band. Upon returning the items we were missing the broken section of the ring. No communication and absolute negligence. Dont go here. Side note, halfway through our initial consultation, she ran out of the store to feed a pigeon...this lady is unprofessional with no regard for customer satisfaction. She does not know how to run a business, and her only essential skill is chin waging with her friends out the back.

5 /5 Igor: Great watchmaker ! Fixed my dads old Seiko which hasnt run in 10 years, she even managed to secure a circuit from g-d knows where. Excellent result.
