The clinic is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which really reassured me about the quality of care I was going to receive. Margaret is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. James Zhu I had a general checkup together with my two yo with Dr Margret and received exceptional service. She’s thorough and explained every step beforehand so I’m fully aware of what’s coming next. I also had a 3D scan which allows me to have an instant and intuitive overview. Dr Margret was gentle and caring during the cleaning and scaling process, regularly checked in with me to make sure I’m comfortable. Together with Henry, they make the entire procedure as pleasant and painless as possible. Dr Margret also took care of my two yo, who had his very first dentist visit and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of teeth counting, cleaning and polishing. He received a little reward and a big high five after the checkup and left with a big smile on his face. The clinic is modern and welcoming and opens on Sat. I’d highly recommend Dr Margret and her team at Your Dental Clinic!

Shelina P Dr Margaret is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was suffering from a terrible toothache, and the team went out of their way to accommodate me on short notice. I have dental phobia, but she and Celine made me feel at ease. I had to undergo a root canal procedure, and it was the most pain-free dental experience of my life. Margaret is very gentle and caring, and I loved how she kept me informed about the procedure as it was going on, checking on me the entire time to ensure I was comfortable. The practice is very beautiful, clean, and modern. The price is reasonable as well. Thank you so much for the quick relief and personalised experience. I’ll be coming here again for me and my family.

Thorough breakdown of surgical plan, Receptionist Fiona was very welcoming and informative, she was very empathetic to my situation, made honest suggestions to best streamline me to treatment without having to sit and wait in a waiting room for hours.

Mrs Kcollut Had a tooth extraction done here, I was very nervous, but the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the dentist and her assistant were amazing in making me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. Just excellent!

The doctors are also outstanding and your pathology nurses and front office staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great standard! Juliana Tuiatua These 2 receptionist are absolutely so rude!! The lady in the blue totally ignoring patients requests and bluntly being so rude to them while stuffing her mouth with a biscuit! Please review your camera for evidence!! Disgusting behaviour. Asked for an appointment and she advised me yeah well we are a walk in facility no bookings for walk ins. While rolling her eyes at me! First time I’ve been to a dr and received such disgusting behaviour like this!! They are the front line of this business and for them to act so rude to patients like that is feral how the hell do they have a job here!!

Cherlie Sarenas If I could give ZERO I would!!! I am writing to express my frustration about the excessive wait time during our recent visit to your centre. I waited for 3 HOURS , and I was unwell and simply needed a prescription and rest. It felt like half the day was wasted in the waiting room. I understand that doctors can be busy, but clearer communication or better scheduling would make a big difference. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.
