The doctors are also outstanding and your pathology nurses and front office staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great standard! We truly appreciate you for still offering bulk billed facility to the local community. It means the world to everyone in a time when the cost of living has gone through the roof.

1 /5 Juliana Tuiatua: These 2 receptionist are absolutely so rude!! The lady in the blue totally ignoring patients requests and bluntly being so rude to them while stuffing her mouth with a biscuit! Please review your camera for evidence!! Disgusting behaviour. Asked for an appointment and she advised me yeah well we are a walk in facility no bookings for walk ins. While rolling her eyes at me! First time I’ve been to a dr and received such disgusting behaviour like this!! They are the front line of this business and for them to act so rude to patients like that is feral how the hell do they have a job here!!

1 /5 Cherlie Sarenas: If I could give ZERO I would!!! I am writing to express my frustration about the excessive wait time during our recent visit to your centre. I waited for 3 HOURS , and I was unwell and simply needed a prescription and rest. It felt like half the day was wasted in the waiting room. I understand that doctors can be busy, but clearer communication or better scheduling would make a big difference. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.
