Heather Grace Emma and the team are fabulous and they make you feel fabulous too. Their attention to not only understanding your hair but your lifestyle needs means you walk out with exactly what you want and need. Emma is also wonderful with my son, her patience and appreciation of a quick haircut with a toddler makes for a positive experience every time. The salon is lovely with loads of natural light and is very comfortable. No need to head to the city to get a natural colour that wears well and shape and style at a reasonable price. Also she has great products and great recommendations for looking after and styling curly hair which is sometimes hard to find.

Will definitely be back! UPDATE: I have been a return customer for over 3 years now. I always love a massage here and today I got my first facial as well, which was incredibly relaxing. Planning many more visits in the future :)

Lauren Thomas I came in to enjoy a Golden Caviar facial at Marlo Spa during my weekend getaway at Hotel Sorrento with my sister and it was amazing! Not only was my Canadian Therapist well-versed in an anti-ageing facial muscle massage technique, she was also very nurturing in her approach and made me feel at ease. I loved the interiors and overall ambience at Marlo, it is considered, conscious and modern, with all of the luxurious touches youd expect from a luxurious day spa experience. Aromatherapy, herbal teas, softly spoken therapists and beautiful products, are all part of the experience. If youre going in for a facial, I highly recommend you ask for the Canadian therapist because she is amazing!

James Watts Came here to celebrate our engagement. The team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We enjoyed an hour in the rooftop spa, followed by a couples massage (which was one of the best I’ve experienced) then enjoyed complimentary use of the steam room (Marlo stayed back after closing time to allow us time in there). Service was incredible, definitely something you need when visiting a Spa. Would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves or loved ones. Will be visiting again - Thank you Marlo and team!

My massage therapist was highly skilled and attentive to my needs, providing a tailored treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The techniques used during the massage were effective in relieving tension and promoting overall wellness. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience. I cant wait to return for another session of blissful relaxation.

Mitchell Oke My wife book an hour massage for each of us, and frankly we left more stressed than when we arrived. No where to park around the hotel, and when we finally did get a space, we spent over 10 minutes looking for the place as we were told we didn’t have to go through the hotel: IT’S IN THE HOTEL. The signage was impossible to see, mixed in with room directions and “resident parking” signs, thus we arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment. Massage was ok but didn’t focus on the areas I asked for, exceedingly disappointing considering the high pricing. Such a shame.

Chiara Matina The worst experience ever! I just wanted plain sns and the lady chose a colour for me. Then two nails broke in two days they were very weak. And I went back to fix them to the same lady and she was very aggressive and yelled at me for not knowing the colour she chose. Then proceeded to ask if I liked them in a rude tone the I said colour is not the same but its not a big a deal. She then got mad at me and told me to leave with my nails unfinished. As evident in the photos. Staff was very will never be back. save ur money.

Hannah Arthur A nice enough experience but a very busy salon. I felt the SNS job was rushed and clumsy. The nail artist often accidentally smudged the SNS and then tried to smooth it over with her finger. This resulted in a big chip in one of my nails about 2 hours after the application. My last set of nails applied in Hawthorn, lasted for SIX weeks without a single chip so clearly this salon is not using good products. Not impressed with the service and won’t be returning.

Gina Naylor Poor Hygiene! Rushed! Had a 12pm appointment - did not get served until 12:35pm - no communication, no apologies just overbooked and understaffed. The tools were not cleaned between use and they would use the SAME clippers & files for all. NO CLEANING OF TOOLS. Waiting for an infection……

P. Lent I had a bad experience at this salon recently. During the waxing my skin was ripped off by the hot wax. This was a very uncomfortable and painful. Furthermore, while getting my nails done, I experienced pain during filing and glue application. It seemed that the technician lacked expertise and empathy! I want to emphasise that leaving negative reviews is not something I typically do. However, in this case, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience so that others are aware of the potential risks involved.
