Waverley Handyman This guy is fantastic, if I could give him 10stars I would. Had trouble with my framing gun and needed it fixed urgently. I called Gs Nail gun service and spoke to G and explained the problem. He told me to bring it in and said he would look at while I’m there. He pulled it apart, checked it out and put it back together and got it working again. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I haven’t seen service like this in a long long time. Thanks again G.

Quoted the repairs when I dropped the tools off and had the services done in a very reasonable time frame. My nailguns look and work like new. I recommend Gs business.

Sarah Soler Camille has seriously revolutionised my waxing experience! Not only is she very gentle on my lady parts but she tailors the conversation to make you feel so comfortable. I have been waxing for years and Camille is by far one of the best practitioners I have come across. Highly recommend her waxing services but also her skincare knowledge and range of products .

Anneliese Newton I’ve been here a few times and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve gotten every time! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Chloe does my hair and always executes my hair goals vision perfectly. For cut and colour you can’t beat the value for the price. 10/10 would recommend :D

Bethany Anderson I made a booking by email two weeks prior to my appointment, and in this I specified that email was the best way to correspond as I live overseas. This appointment was confirmed in the email chain, with their last reply ending with "We have you booked in...we look forward to seeing you then!" . I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that because I hadnt responded to a text confirmation my appointment was canceled. I was never told that a text confirmation would be sent, and in fact was never asked for and never provided a phone number. The staff did offer a next day appointment, unfortunately I had an event that night, which was the reason I booked the haircut and style appointment. Beyond this offering the staff were not able to provide any assistance, despite an empty salon and two staff members present. They said they had another appointment arriving in 15 minutes, and while I understand they didnt want to double book that client, this left me feeling that I was less valuable to them than their other clientele. I visited multiple other salons to try to get a last minute appointment, but unsurprisingly they were fully booked. Breathe and Colour Corrections were both friendlier and kinder than the team at Frenchys, although they were not able to fit me in at short notice. Eventually I was able to be helped by Superstar Nails and Beauty, who did do a great job.

Luke Trewin I have been using Frenchys for a couple of years now and I must say I wish I had found the place earlier. The staff are extremely friendly and ensure that you have a great experience beyond just getting your hair sorted. If you are feeling like your current hair dresser is a bit tired, head down to Frenchys. You will not be disappointed!

Rohan Ive had my hair cut by Chloe at Frenchys twice now, and it was a great experience both times. The staff are friendly and the salon itself is aesthetically nice, but most importantly my haircut was exactly what I wanted both times (medium length mens hair). The only knock is the price which is quite high with no student or concession discount, but otherwise a great choice for haircuts in Frankston.

Elnaz Rafiee Ive been getting laser done for close to a decade now. Ive been to so many different laser clinics over the years but started off at Clearskin Clinic in Brighton. Over the past 12-18 months Ive been going to Clearskin Frankston and I just absolutely love walking in here every time. It always felt like such a chore getting laser, I had someone different every single time, some were better than others, sometimes I got no results whereas every visit at Frankston is so consistent, the girls are just so lovely, every single one of them - I find it rare to have the same people treat you but its always the same friendly faces. Sandra Taylor Just recently I have been lucky enough to experience a 1.5 hour lymphatic massage which was heavenly & a 1.5 hour facial. Both times I walked out of Marjolaines very inviting & lovely massage room feeling totally fresh & relaxed. Marjolaine is not only professional, she makes you feel special & targets any problematic areas of concern. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is amazing!

gurjeet kaur Very impolite person named “katie”, i could totally feel that she was being racist towards me ..she started shouting to me without even saying hello or introducing herself ..that why i didn’t respond to the confirmation message before coming to the appointment and started lecturing to me (Did not listen to me at all) Did not even ask one question politely…I literally felt bullied all along !! I am so nervous going back to this clinic ever again !! Definitely escalating to get the refund of my prepaid treatments as I can’t imagine my self in the same situation again.

I have been here a few times before hand, But today was exceptional I had an appointment at 14:10 and the tech Elvira was just amazing I have never felt so comfortable she was friendly kind and really caring, Elvira did an amazing job. I am looking forward to my next visit. The other amazing staff member is Alyssa on the desk but always friendly and nice.

Joyita Solofuti This was my first time getting my nails done, never done them before so this was such a great experience for me as a first timer. I had them done for a friends upcoming 21st, and I didnt want to go overboard with my nails. The design I chose was a cute flower design, I changed the colour so it could match my fit. They were very nice when I came in, and were understanding of how it was my first time, so I was unsure what they would want me to do. Anyways, I chose my colour, and shape, understand they are busy but they do get back to you and try to work with every customer. It took a bit to do my nails, like an hour and a few minutes. But the wait is worth it! The nail techs name who did my nails is "chi". Thank you. 10/10

I also didnt want to go into a large shop where I would always get whoever was free. I was happy to support someone running their own business knowing they would care about their work and Johanna does just that. I rang and made an appointment and she fitted me in asap. I had acrylic refill done and I love the result. Her attention to detail was noticed. I was very happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Johanna, she did a great job. Thank you

I was very impressed with the advise on which nails would be appropriate and also very reasonably priced. . The lady was friendly and I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer.

sborg0312 I would not recommend this salon. I had booked my appointment over a week ago. I arrived and they kept accepting walk ins.I left without getting my nails done. Last time i had booked a manicure and pedicure no polish and i had been waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes for the service to be completed. They will start on your nails then accept all walk ins, stop working on you mid way through and start on someone else. They dont respect the customers timd

Allan Hillman The shopping centre has lots of shopping. The main Banks are available, plus the main supermarkets. There is an excellent food court, with excellent value and takeaway mostly available. I prefer travelling there than going into Frankston Central.

Leslie Hind Went here on a Saturday night for "Date Night" with my wife. Went to Village Gold Class. Quick walk around after movie. Plenty of eateries and play equipment for the kids. I didnt really go through a huge area of the centre, but it was a nice place at 10pm.

Rosalina Walsh Karingal Hub has really improved with the addition of the new Village Cinema building, which looks great. There’s also a nice playground and entertainment area, making it a fun spot for families. The new restaurants offer a variety of good options to try. Parking is free with plenty of space, which is very convenient. The toilets are clean and comfortable, adding to the overall positive experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Life planners and investment advice as well. Update 06/2022: Wow? The building expansion has been enormous. So many new and exciting shop, cafes including The Coffee Club, vast fresh food places,, clothing shops. Foods courts vastly expanded including Rolld Vietnamese!

Rowan It is wonderfully clean and there are a good range of shops but honestly the layout is confusing. Maybe because I dont shop there often but it is built like a maze and I have to stop and think sometimes where am I going.. Not great when you are looking for something specific.

All of the staff was so caring and compassionate and they genuinely care not just about me but also the other customers. They always take care with their work, remember what you like, give honest feedback on choices, help with color selection and nail art and make sure you are happy each step. Cannot recommend enough, if you were unhappy for any reason im certain they would fix on the spot as well.

hayley stewart ladies were nice but very rough with the drill! they cut every single one of my fingers. they also have a sign out the front advertising that a full set of acrylic was $40 but i was charged $60. i was visibly uncomfortable while they were doing my nails but they did nothing to make me feel better or comfortable

Marina Valieva "Hairdresser Mimi" burnt my hair with a bleach bleaching my roots. She gave me to chose a toner and she didnt even know that was a full on ammonia based colour. I noticed that my hair started turning bright purple blue and I questioned her. She told me its all good. I touched my hair and its came off. She washed my hair and it looked intense blue purple after the wash. She said that she will dry it and it will be just fine. She started drying it and it didnt go anywhere. Also there was a lot of hair coming off. I was shocked and horrified. I started crying and she told me to be quite because I am scaring her permanent clients. She also called the owner Monica who told me that she cant come. I ran away devasted. When I brushed my hair at home, half of my long beautiful hair came off. And it was that purple blue colour. I had to go to the real hairdresser to colour it much darker shade to get rid of purple. I was beautiful blond colour before. Its a pity I didnt photograph myself in the salon to sue them after. I lost a half of my hair thickness, some of its length and I am a colour I never wanted to be. More over I had shellac nails done on my fingers and toes before that hair disaster. It looked nice at the beginning but its started coming off in 2 days and now its half pilled. I never had a such horrible experience. I paid $96 for pedicure and manicure and shellac. Its a complete rip off. I do not advise you to waste your money and hair in that place. I am highly surprised that it has 4 stars. They possiblity asking there family and friends to right good reviews. They are highly unprofessional and rude people. Mimi tried to put blame on me saying that I chose this colour. She denied that my hair is falling off when I showed her hair coming off in my hands. She said its not coming off. I wish I could sue the owner but since I left in shock without photos it will be hard to do so. I really worn you about this place.

Nicola Hanafin Pretty average. Dirty salon. Girl who did my pedicure was alright, quite rough and painful. I didn’t bleed though. $50 for shellac ‘pedi’. Staff snickered when I chose white colour and spoke to themselves. Not the best experience but my toes are done and look ok.

Ruhianna Maere (PEDICURE) I must admit, I have been to almost all nail salons in Frankston. There was one shop I would always go too until I had a bad experience as the lady had caused a bad infection on my toe and I couldnt get my feet done for a 3 months (until healed). I was hesistant coming here as I was scared it may happen again. I have come on a Thursday around 4.30pm. So my review may not count for others but not only were they amazing. They ensured me that I would be fine. The nail tech I had was also amazing and friendly. Thank you so much. I wish there was more stars I could give your shop. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Hayley Hanna Really poor experience! I usually come here for my pedicures so I thought getting a full set of acrylics here would be fine. Unfortunately wasn’t the case, the lady was very rough with the drill and while filing. She cut my fingers with the drill three separate times to the point where they were bleeding and she didn’t really seem to care. The acrylic was applied with no care at all, very bumpy and all uneven. She didn’t seem bothered about any of this until I said I was leaving with them half finished as my fingers were still bleeding. Still charged me $40 for the worst set of nails I’ve ever seen, very unprofessional and very unhygienic.
