Anna Shen This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I was worried they might look too thick or dramatic for my usual Asian makeup style. But Kim did a classic set for me, and I absolutely love it! She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The salon is clean and hygienic, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I really enjoyed the service—highly recommend! ❤️

Willow Ferguson GOT BURNT!! absolutely mortified, went and got my eyebrows waxed today friday 11th, at 8pm. Have gotten home and after the redness has gone away can now see i’ve been severely burnt. Have tried to get in contact via website but that has a word limit so can’t even explain the full situation so they can sort out either their equipment or staff. I do not have sensitive skin and have been here many times and all has been fine, i will not attach pictures to protect everyone else’s eyes so they aren’t grossed out. just wanted my eyebrows waxed but now i’ve got burns and puss, will never go back even if they do address the issue, the trust a customer puts into the service provider is large so to be given this treatment and end up how i have, honestly should be ashamed of yourselves.

Claire G Had the most amazing experience today, such welcoming & helpful staff - even staying open past their closing time to do my nails. Lena took her time to ensure all my nails were the same length & shape. Didn’t feel like a production line & rushed out. Very gentle (no burning of my nail beds like other salons)! This is definitely my new nail salon! Highly recommend you visit them, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Emma & Lena! See you again soon ☺️

Paula Andrea Mona is the wizard at brow laminating and lash lift, and I’m the pickiest client you can get! She always listens to me and does exactly what I want she goes above and beyond to make sure it looks great and I never leave unhappy. Love them here and highly recommend.
