Jacqueline Phillips Anu is great regardless what she does..She is passionate about all things hair. Very professional, friendly and does not overcharge.Her products are fantastic. I have had different treatments done, colour, straightening and more and have not once had any disappointment. She is always available to answer any questions one may have before having anything done and there is no hidden agenda. I highly recommend her work and trust her 100% with my hair.

Kylie G Ive had my eyelash extensions done regularly by Ciel Lashes. Layla does an amazing job. She is so gentle, professional and a perfectionist. Embarrassingly, I doze off most times and wake up with perfect lashes. I wear glasses and not once has my lashes been a problem. I highly recommend Ciel Lashes.

Asela Kalugalla Once I booked 2 facials for me & my friend. We went there @ 1pm on time. But we had to wait for 30 minutes. We have 2 babies too. Imagine how the little ones can stay @ our friend’s house for a long time. Very disappointed. Not recommended this Salon for anyone.

dande lotto Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for mens facial but attendant had no idea. Facial service was sub standard. It was not busy at the time of my appointment but the girl rushed it and finished the facial in just under 30 minutes. She did not even clean the face properly as I had face pack residuals. Will I go back? Highly unlikely

Everyone walked out feeling fabulous and absolutely loved the technicians, they were so accommodating, kind and friendly! Beautiful neat and comfortable salon. Will definitely be attending again xxx

Monalisa Makanda I went to Marriott water nails today with high hopes for a Type of Manicure]. I even brought a picture to ensure clarity. The end result was nothing short of appalling. The ., application, nail shape ,the design was completely wrong, and the overall quality was shockingly bad. I was incredibly angry and frustrated. While the staff were friendly, I cannot recommend this salon. It was the worst manicure Ive had in Australia.And they made me pay $122

Maz T So after going to Springvale for years- we had to look for something local after moving to the area. Very surprised and it was great finding this place! Came on Saturday just before lunch and was not very busy - excellent! Very pleasant service and they took really good care of how they did my nails. Compared to Springvale, where they rough up your hands, bending them, scrapping your skin off etc, this was luxury! Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Recommend it if you’re from the area or near suburbs!

Brittany McWilliam I watched them not disinfect the pedicure bowl between customers today. The shop was full of bugs and flies and they charge you for using eftpos but don’t offer cash payments. The lady hurt my toes multiple times with tools.

Charmi Soni I went there to get my nails done.Owner did it so much in rush.All nails very bumpy.some are thick some are thin.. I got cracks and sparkle just came of within couple of days. See the picture how it is looking within a week,all brocken and ugly. I am so disappointed after paying $65 for this rubbish quality. Never ever going back there.
