Throughout the process I was treated with care and kindness by the whole team. Dr Julie had great vision and has created a much improved smile with the technical brilliance of Julianna and assisted brilliantly by Jess, and with the helpful front desk and smiling faces of Bri and Elaine. On the whole day appointment between sessions I was treated to lunch from a local cafe and a lovely massage and pedicure by Dana. Dana was outstanding. Emily also did a great job improving the colour, thankyou. The studio is calming, clean and professional. Whilst the lower teeth continue the invisalign process, Im thrilled with the outcome of the top and how the smile looks now. Autumn Kitchingman I had an outstanding experience with Michael for my dental implant. Dr Michael identified a potentially serious infection in my jaw and expediently referred me to an oral surgeon for urgent treatment. Following this procedure, my entire process with Michael for a tooth implant was seamlessly planned and meticulously executed, with extreme attention and care as my procedure requires delicate handling due to a previous major cervical spine surgery. I feel safe and comfortable in his care and attention to detail. Further, I have had the most pain free dental clean I ever had in my life with Michael. Brendan Mckernan Dr Maddie was extremely professional with all the work that she did for me today. She explained the process of my treatment throughout which made me very comfortable in the chair. Her assistant, Anna, was very friendly and the two of them worked very effectively together to make my visit thorough yet swift as I was finished within 60 minutes as promised. The receptionist, Anne-Marie, was very welcoming and she ensured all COVID 19 precautions were followed with sanitisers and temperature checks / questionnaires being done before my treatment. I am looking forward to my progress session next week and too see everyone again at Toorak Fine Dentistry.
