Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Initially, I dealt with Nicky, who was incredibly responsive and would get back to me within minutes, or at most, within an hour. However, once I purchased my retainers, her responsiveness plummeted. I had to follow up several times to get updates. The retainers caused wounds on my gums, making it painful to eat for a week. When I reached out to Nicky for help, she arranged for a dentist to advise me to use a nail filer to blunt the edges. The dentist I consulted warned me that my teeth were loose and advised against using online retainer companies, as they could cause further loosening and potentially lead to premature tooth loss. After following up for months with no response, I finally got my money back yesterday. Nicky turned out to be the worst representative to deal with. In conclusion, it’s better to go with a professional rather than trying to save money with these companies; it’s not worth risking your dental health.
