Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt. Rosie’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine care to ensure I would receive the best quality treatment for me, highlights her dedication to her work. Leah B AVOID My 16 year old daughter went in for eyebrow lamination & lash lift. I wish we read the bad reviews as they are the worst. I went with her & we said it was her first time could they do a test & make it natural. The result was beyond terrible, they are not experienced & removed part of her inner eyebrow, laminated it upwards & tinted it black (the opposite of natural). The die went outside of the hair area and she looked like a clown. My daughter was so distressed she came out crying & we had to go to another salon & try and remove some of the tint. It didn’t really work as there were so many chemicals in her brow she ended up missing a few days of school. DISASTER! A sorry isn’t going to cut it here. I would avoid going here in the first place.

Kate Shum Laney was absolutely lovely. I have very short, weak nails and she gave me some lovely acrylic extensions and chose the perfect shade of pink. She checked on the length and shape 3 or 4 times to make sure I was happy, and the finished look was polished and perfect.

Linh Tran The service was wonderful. The price reflected the service and product.( they have beautiful colour selection and so many ) The technician showed great care with my pedicure and had a great attention to detail. The environment was relaxing. Really enjoyed it and will be back next time! Thanks to the team
