This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. While ghosting candidates might be “typical” in the recruitment industry, it shows a complete lack of understanding about long-term relationships. Allan Hall HR should remember: the people you disregard today may be the ones in charge of hiring you tomorrow. Always be polite on the way up, because you’ll meet the same people on the way down.
