Froilan Fat First of all, I would like to apologise for sending my review late as we went overseas for our holiday. However, I never forgot to send a review to this mazing team who worked hard to get our loan application granted. A big thank you to Joana for pursuing us to check if they can find a bank who can refinance us and to the rest of the team Julian, Carla and Kristelle who didnt stop following up our concerns and putting sooo much effort to get our loan sorted before we went on holiday. They helped me consolidate our debts into one mortgage loan when all other banks turned us down. In short, because of them we went on holiday with peace of mind. Im looking forward for our next meeting in hope to find another property/loan product that will help our family. Rose Pashley Last Thursday morning I was the first at the desk just inside to the right hand side. Rufus Taylor was behind it and immediately responded to my request in an attempt to find some missing money. After I had explained the rather complicated details he settled me on a seat just to the left and then, in the next 3 hours he helped me, talked to other customers and helped them, then went behind the scenes for access to files, the manager etc. At all times he was extremely proficient, professional and very helpful. I watched as he never lost patience and treated all customers with respect. I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf, which took quite a time - 3 hours in fact and yet he handled my difficulties side by side with other customers. Congratulations to a young man with a very, bright future.
